Cape Lambert MinSec Pty Ltd – Panel Affirms ASIC Decision

The Panel has affirmed the decision of ASIC under s655A(1) of the Corporations Act in relation to Cape Lambert Minsec Pty Ltd. On 28 May 2009 Cape Lambert applied to the Panel for a review of ASIC's decision (see TP09/42).

The Panel will publish its reasons for the decision in due course on its website www.takeovers.gov.au.
