Procedural Rules
Under the Corporations (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No 2) schedule 1 item 27 (I), a fee of $2010 (current as at 23 December 2004) is payable on an application to the Panel under Chapter 6. It must be paid by cheque in favour of the Department of Treasury.
