Lachlan Farming Limited 02 – Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel (the Panel) has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to the application from Lenvat Pty Limited (Lenvat) dated 13 January 2005 regarding Lachlan Farming Limited's (LFL) rights issue.
