GasNet Australia Limited – Panel Publishes Reason

The Takeovers Panel (Panel) has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application from GasNet Australia Investments Limited, GasNet Australia Limited (in its capacity as responsible entity of GasNet Australia Trust) and GasNet Australia Investments Trust (together GasNet) dated 11 July 2006 (see TP06/66).
