Aztec Resources Limited 01 – Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel (Panel) has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 22 August 2006 from Aztec Resources Limited. (see TP06/75).

Details of the Panel's decision were announced on 12 September 2006 in a Panel media release TP06/86.

The sitting Panel which considered the application was Peter Mason AM, Alice McCleary (sitting President) and John O'Sullivan.
