The review Panel has affirmed the decision of the initial Panel not to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in Lincoln Minerals Limited 02 & 03 (see TP22/62).
On 2 December 2022, the Panel received an application from Quantum Graphite Limited seeking a review of the initial Panel’s decision in Lincoln Minerals Limited 02 & 03 (see TP22/63).
In light of all of the circumstances and evidence before it, the review Panel decided to affirm the decision of the initial Panel and declined to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances.
The sitting Panel was Paula Dwyer (sitting President), John O’Sullivan and Neil Pathak.
The Panel will publish its reasons for the decision in due course on its website.
