How to use this form

Submit your application to the Takeovers Panel through our online application form by completing the details below and uploading your application and accompanying materials. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

The Panel’s preference is for an application to be provided through the Panel’s online application form. If the Panel’s online application form is unavailable, please provide your application to the Panel executive by email at takeovers@takeovers.gov.au.

Note: Applicants are required to list any person who may be an “interested person” in their application.  Under the Panel’s Procedural Rules 2020, an “interested person” includes a person entitled to be heard by the Panel before it makes a decision sought by the application or a person to whom a proposed declaration relates or a proposed order would be directed.

Accompanying materials
