- MOU with ASIC – ASIC and the Panel each perform separate but complementary roles in connection with the regulation of takeovers and other control transactions in Australia. The MOU sets out the working relationship between the Panel Executive and ASIC, including regular liaison between staff, information sharing and referrals.
- Panel surveys – From time to time, the Panel engages a third party services provider to conduct a stakeholder survey to measure overall stakeholder satisfaction on specific topics, including Panel process, Panel performance, sitting Panel composition, the Panel Executive, outcomes of proceedings and operational delivery.
